Spring Boudoir Marathon Dates

UPDATE:  All of these dates are now BOOKED UP.  Email me if you’d like to be added to our Spring Waitlist in case of cancellations.   New Boudoir Marathon dates for the SUMMER will be announced on our Facebook Page around April, so be sure to set your notification settings so that you see all our postings. 

If you’re interested in booking a Private Boudoir Session, we are all booked up until May, and I won’t be opening up my calendar for May and beyond until March 1st so just please contact me then.  Availability for Private Sessions is very limited and we’ll only be doing a few per month.

On this super chilly winter day, I’m planning and looking forward to warmer days to come!  Here are our Boudoir Marathon Dates for the Spring~ these will be the only Marathon dates available for these months.

Before booking, please be sure to read through all the session details under the “pricing” tab in the menu bar above .  And as always, all the spots are given in order of who emails first and selects their time slot, so definitely get in touch with us quickly in order to avoid disappointment!

 

To book your session:

Email: info@katchstudios.com  and I will get back to you with the time slots that are available.  Please then get back to me ASAP with your preferred time slot in order to reserve that spot.

Booking process in complete once you sign and return the contract and your deposit  (50% of the $750 Session fee) within 3 days of your inquiry in order to officially book your spot.

**For those that have been inquiring about Private Boudoir Sessions,  I’m currently all booked up for all types of sessions until May.  If you’re interested in booking a Private Boudoir Session for some time in May or after, I won’t be opening up my calendar until March 1st so please inquire then.  Sorry- I just don’t have my own personal calender and obligations sorted out that far in advance yet so I don’t know my availability yet.   Thanks for your patience and understanding:)

new boudoir marathon dates

UPDATE:  All of these dates are now BOOKED UP.  This means that we are all booked up for ALL TYPES OF SESSIONS through until February and won’t be opening up our calendar for February and beyond until Dec 1st, so please contact us after that if you’re interested in booking a private session.  New Boudoir Marathon dates for February or March will be announced on our Facebook Page so be sure to set your notification settings so that you see all our postings.  And spots are always given in order of who emails us first.  Thanks for your continued interest!!

 

Thanks to everyone who has emailed and has waited patiently for these new dates to be announced– things have been super busy around here!  There are no dates left before Christmas so this is your best bet if you’re looking to gift these to someone in time for Valentine’s Day, or just do it for yourself!

 

Before booking, please be sure to read through all the pricing details below carefully, as things are a bit different when it comes to the booking for these Valentine’s dates.  And as always, all the spots are given in order of who emails first, so definitely get in touch with us quickly in order to avoid disappointment!

Boudoir Marathon Session  -  $800

What’s included:  

-$500 Session Fee that covers your professional hair & makeup styling, and the 1 hour private shoot with Kat Gill

-$300 product credit which can be applied to anything off our A La Carte Products Menu

-20 fully-retouched images for you to view in a private online gallery (available for 7 days for you to place your order)

(Prints start at $15 for a 4×6, albums start at $250 and high resolution digital files on a disc range from $245-$540 depending on how many files you buy.  We also offer Collections which include both an album and digital files starting at $650.)

To book your session:

Fall Boudoir Marathon Dates | Edmonton Boudoir Photographer

UPDATE:  These dates are now all booked up and there will be no new dates announced for the rest of this year.  Stay tuned to our facebook page as we will be announcing new 2013 Boudoir Marathon dates soon.  Thank you for your continued support and interest!

 

OK, so I should start of by acknowledging that I know a lot of people have been waiting on me to announce these new dates for a while now since our summer dates all booked up really fast.   The good news is I finally have some new dates for you all… the bad news?  Due to my super booked up schedule as well as travel plans, I’m only doing 2 marathon dates for the fall and that will be it for the remainder of this year.  I’m sorry I can’t accommodate more dates, but the fact is, I have a husband and 2 young kids that miss seeing my face because it’s always buried in a computer!  ;)

**IMPORTANT NOTE before booking:  Due to this very limited number of spots that will be available, the booking isn’t going to be done the same way it usual is.  Rather than ordering products off our usual A La Carte Price list, the fall sessions can only be booked in conjunction with one of our Collections which starts at $650 (includes an album and images on a disc).   To see what is included in the Session Fee please click on the “pricing” tab in the menu bar above.   Basically, this means that there’s a minimum $650 commitment to purchase in addition to the $500 Session Fee.  Please only inquire about booking if this works for you.

**for the last spot on Sept 15th there is no commitment to purchase.

 

Spots are given in order of who emails us first, so definitely email me quickly in order to avoid disappointment!  A 50% deposit is due in order to confirm your booking- we can not hold spots.

juliet - Hello there! I am looking to do a pregnancy boudoir shoot. I think on Nov.4th, I won’t have enough of a baby belly yet(I will be about 25 weeks)… Do you have any other dates? I think early to mid. December would work best as I will be showing alot more by then. Or… I guess the other option is to book for Dec. and to just book a private shoot with you… Let me know what is available, thanks!

I’m super excited to announce ALL of our upcoming Summer Boudoir Marathon dates!  Being that summer is wedding season for both me and the amazing hair & makeup stylists that I work with, these are the only dates that we could squeeze in– so if you’re looking to get a Marathon session in with us before fall,  you’ll definitely want to book one of these spots.
